Project Background
A regional utility planned to upgrade an existing 132kV transmission line to improve grid reliability and reduce line losses in a fast-growing industrial area.
Customer Requirements
The customer required high-conductivity overhead conductors with stable mechanical performance, suitable for long-span installation and outdoor operation under high temperature and wind load conditions.
Product Scope
ACSR Zebra conductor, AAAC conductor, galvanized steel wire, and related overhead line materials.
Technical Standards
IEC 61089, BS EN 50182, ASTM B232, and customer utility specifications.
Supply Challenge
The project required strict control of conductor diameter, tensile strength, resistance, surface quality, and drum packing to ensure smooth installation on site.
Solution
We coordinated conductor production, inspection, and packing according to the approved technical datasheet. Factory test reports and packing lists were prepared before shipment to support customer acceptance.
Delivery Result
The materials were delivered according to the project schedule and successfully used for transmission line upgrading, helping the customer improve power supply capacity and network stability.
