Recently, we were pleased to welcome our customer to our manufacturing facility for a factory visit and product inspection.

During the factory tour, the customer visited different production areas and gained a first-hand understanding of our manufacturing operations.
The visit covered key stages of the production process, including raw material preparation, wire drawing, galvanizing, stranding, cable production, and finished product processing.
Our production team introduced the functions of different manufacturing equipment and explained how production processes are controlled to ensure consistent product quality.
Galvanized Steel Wire and Steel Strand Production
During the visit, the customer gained a closer understanding of the production process for galvanized steel wire and steel strand.
From steel raw material selection and wire drawing to galvanizing and stranding, each production stage plays an important role in determining the mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and overall performance of the finished product.
Our team introduced different product structures and their typical applications in power transmission, telecommunications, and infrastructure projects.
ABC Cable and Control Cable Production
The customer also visited the cable production workshops to learn more about the manufacturing processes of Aerial Bundled Cables (ABC Cables) and Control Cables.
The production process includes conductor preparation, stranding, insulation extrusion, cable assembly, and other key manufacturing stages.
Different cable structures are designed to meet the requirements of various power distribution and industrial control applications.
