Project Background
As urban development accelerated, the local power utility launched a distribution network expansion project to improve electricity reliability for new residential communities, commercial buildings, and public facilities. The project included new medium-voltage feeders, low-voltage distribution lines, and customer service connections.
Customer Requirements
The utility required reliable medium- and low-voltage power cables with long service life, excellent insulation performance, and compliance with local utility specifications. Timely delivery was critical because construction was carried out in multiple phases.
Product Scope
Medium-voltage XLPE insulated power cables, low-voltage power cables, ABC aerial bundled cables, service connection cables, cable accessories.
Technical Standards
IEC 60502, IEC 60228, BS EN standards and utility technical specifications.
Supply Challenge
Multiple construction zones required phased deliveries with different cable sizes and lengths while maintaining consistent quality documentation throughout the project.
Solution
A phased production and delivery schedule was developed according to the contractor’s construction sequence. Each shipment included complete factory test reports, packing lists, and technical documentation to simplify on-site acceptance.
Delivery Result
The project was supplied on schedule, supporting the successful expansion of the urban distribution network and improving electricity reliability for thousands of end users.
