Project Background
As part of the country’s clean energy strategy, a utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant was developed to increase renewable energy generation and reduce dependence on conventional power sources. The project included a solar generation area, inverter stations, collector systems, and a grid connection substation that would transmit generated electricity into the national power network.

Tight construction schedules required continuous coordination between manufacturing and site activities.
Solution
A dedicated project management team coordinated production planning, quality inspection, documentation, and logistics according to the EPC contractor’s construction schedule. Cable deliveries were arranged in phases to match installation progress, while complete factory test reports and technical documentation accompanied every shipment to facilitate site acceptance.
