Project Background
As foreign direct investment continued to accelerate, a large manufacturing industrial park was developed to accommodate electronics, automotive components, and precision manufacturing facilities. The project required a comprehensive electrical distribution system to provide stable power for production plants, warehouses, administrative buildings, and public utilities throughout the park.
Customer Requirements
The EPC contractor required a reliable supplier capable of providing multiple cable categories for various applications, including primary distribution, factory power supply, process control, and utility infrastructure. The customer also required consistent product quality, complete technical documentation, and phased deliveries to match the construction schedule of different factories.

Medium-voltage power cables, low-voltage power cables, control cables, instrumentation cables, fire-resistant cables, grounding conductors, cable accessories, and industrial electrical connection materials.

Supply Challenge
The industrial park consisted of multiple construction zones with different contractors working simultaneously. Each factory had unique installation schedules and cable requirements, making coordinated production and staged deliveries essential. Maintaining product consistency across all phases was also critical for long-term system reliability.
Solution
A dedicated project coordination team established a phased manufacturing and logistics plan based on the EPC construction schedule. Products were manufactured according to approved technical specifications, with comprehensive factory testing, inspection reports, and documentation prepared before shipment. Continuous communication with contractors ensured deliveries aligned with site progress.
Delivery Result
All cable systems were delivered on schedule, supporting the successful construction of the industrial park’s electrical infrastructure. The project provided reliable power distribution for multiple manufacturing facilities while improving installation efficiency and reducing project coordination risks.
