Project Background
To increase domestic steel production capacity and support regional infrastructure development, an existing steel manufacturing facility underwent a major expansion. The project included new rolling mills, production workshops, substations, material handling systems, and utility infrastructure designed to support continuous heavy industrial operations.
Customer Requirements
The customer required cable systems capable of operating reliably under high temperatures, heavy mechanical loads, and demanding industrial environments. Long service life, flame-retardant performance, and compliance with international standards were key project requirements.

Supply Challenge
Construction activities were carried out while portions of the existing production facility remained operational. Cable deliveries had to be carefully coordinated to avoid disrupting production while meeting strict installation schedules and quality documentation requirements.
Solution
Production and delivery schedules were integrated with the plant expansion program. Technical documents were reviewed before manufacturing, and each shipment included complete inspection reports, test certificates, and cable identification to simplify installation and commissioning.
Delivery Result
The project was completed successfully with uninterrupted material supply throughout construction. The upgraded electrical infrastructure improved production reliability, supported increased manufacturing capacity, and enhanced long-term operational efficiency.
